Innovative work as a part of B.Ed curriculum

For the innovative work I choose the topic electrolysis. Here I’m setting up an simple experiment to depict electrolysis of water using some materials that are easily available in the house.

For this the requirements are: two pencils, wires, beaker, water, salt, batteries. A connection circuit is made with this properties collected and the experiment is demonstrated.

Through this experiment students will be able to understand the concept of the process of electrolysis of water clearly. They will also develop a scientific attitude and process skills to prepare themselves such simple experimental setups on further topics they come across. Also students are free to access the experiment and ask review questions.
